How do you insure HIPAA compliance?

MLS and any capital provider bidding on portfolios will have a BAA in place. The enterprise software MLS utilizes has the functionality in place to limit the amount of PHI needed for each process function. All users must have approved logins and all activities are logged and monitored.

What if my practice doesn't currently take LOP's?

If you are interested in adding LOP patients to your practice, we can help setup the intake and underwriting process. Through a separate consulting package, we can assist in marketing your practice to local attorneys that can refer clients to your practice.
